William "Tooder" Lee Stover, 74, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Lakin Hospital. He was born May 29, 1947, a son to the late Oakie (Irene) Stover. He enjoyed spending time hunting, and scrapping.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Oakie (Irene) Stover, Brothers; Kenny Stover, Jack Stover and Edward Stover, Sisters; Marie Kinnaird, and Mary Jo Wallace.

Tooder is survived by his son; Richie Duncan of Apple Grove, WV, Brother; David (Yonnie) Stover of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Nephew; Gary Stover of Point Pleasant, WV and Grandchildren; Breanna Duncan of Apple Grove, WV and Cooper Duncan of St.Albans, WV. He will be missed by many extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 25, 2022, at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Gallipolis Ferry, WV. Social distancing and face masks are recommended. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
