William Eugene Rice passed away on Wednesday March 9th, 2022 at his residence. He was 78.

He was born February 13, 1944 in Chesapeake Ohio to James William Rice and Helen Huff Rice.

Bill worked as a mechanical drafter most of his life. Also he worked at InfoCision in Gallipolis Ohio until he retired.

He married Ella Murphy Rice on February 6, 1976.
They had no children.

He is survived by his brother Don / Jane Rice, in Chesapeake Ohio. And a sister Lois Terry in Summersville West Virginia.

Was preceded in death by his parents James William Rice and Helen Huff Rice.

Bill's request was there will be no visitation or no funeral services.

Deals funeral home in Point Pleasant, West Virginia is assisting the family.

Bill will be cremated.
