William "Billy" E. Sargent, 62, of Henderson, WV, passed away with his wife Judy, May 11, 2019, as a result of a tragic car accident. He was born December 27, 1956, in Logan County, WV, a son to the late Edward and Nita Sargent. He was sanitation worker before becoming disabled. He was a great father, enjoyed handyman work, loved being outdoors, sports, and traveling with his wife Judy.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Judy; parents, Edward and Nita; and brother, Lonnie Sargent.

He is survived by his loving children, Elizabeth and Josephine Sargent of Henderson, and Kimie and April Sargent both of Massachusetts; siblings, Ernest "Ernie" (Lynmarie) Sargent of Point Pleasant, John (AnnMarie) Castro Sargent of point Pleasant, and Virginia "Jenny" Hartigan of Massachusetts; nieces and nephews, Emile Morin, Jasmine Morin, Justin Castro, Michael, William, Christopher, Olivia, Joshua, Brayden, Jessica, and Brianna Sargent; several extended family members, friends, and neighbors. She will be greatly missed by all.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 20, 2019, at 1 PM at the Family Word Church in Point Pleasant, WV, with Pastor Jonathan Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow the services at Henderson Cemetery, Henderson, WV. Friends may visit the family at the church from 11-1 PM prior to the services.
