Wesley Allen Chapman 63, of Milton, WV, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on March 8, 2019, in his home that he built from the ground up. He was surrounded by family whom love him dearly.

He was born on June 23, 1955, in Huntington, West Virginia. He graduated from Hannan Jr/Sr High School.

He was married to Dona Sue (Setliff) Chapman, the love of his life, best friend, and soul mate of 43 years, who survives him. Allen is also survived by son Jody(Leah) Chapman, daughter Joanie(Raybuck)Adkins, sons Brian and Aaron Chapman, daughter Kay Chapman, His 3 grandchildren that meant the world to him Elijah Chapman, Dillon Adkins, and Jolena Adkins. As well as Mother-in-law Wylodine Setliff, Sister-in-law's Cathern(Bud)Meadows, Anita Setliff, Beverly(Lee)Sturgeon, and Sue(Junior)Smith. Brother-in-law's Donnie Setliff, Rod(Peggy)Setliff, Jim (Yvonne)Setliff. One sister Angie(Tim) Perry. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Special Aunt Pam(Delmar)Chapman and Bud Ward. Allen was preceded in by death with 3 babies, grand baby Chapman, and father in law Manuel Setliff whom he is rejoicing in Heaven with.

Allen was an avid hunter and fisherman. And enjoyed spending his free time watching western movies. He had a heart of gold. And he loved with all his heart. He is greatly loved and will be missed more than ever. Until we meet again.
