Toney Collins Jr., 86, of Point Pleasant, WV, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017 in Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Point Pleasant, WV. He was born April 20, 1931, in Cabell County, WV, a son to the late Toney Collins Sr., and May Webb Collins. He was a roll grinder at Ravenswood Aluminum and attended Hickory Chapel Church. He also loved the outdoors, gardening, and woodworking. He helped everyone in need in the community because of his big heart and served our country honorably in the Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Toney and May Collins Sr., and brother, Charles Collins.

He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Phyllis Collins of Point Pleasant; and son, Dale and Janey Collins of Point Pleasant; brothers, Raymond Collins of Lesage, WV, and Robert and Ethel Collins also of Lesage; and grandchildren, Amy and Brian Miller of Leon, WV, and Jason Collins and Jennifer Collins of Erlanger , Kentucky; and great-grandaughter, Brianna Miller of Leon. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.

Funeral services will be held at the Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at 1 PM, with Rev. Joe Hammack officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Hills Cemetery in Flatrock, WV. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 11 AM - 1 PM prior to the service.
