Timothy Lawerence Bissell, 70, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away April 18, 2020. He was born November 15, 1949 in Mason, WV, a son to the late Joseph and Rachel Bissell. He was a coal miner for the Southern Ohio Coal Company. He enjoyed collecting various items such as stamps and coins. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Gallipolis, Ohio.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Kylie Woods.

He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Bissell; daughters, Beth Harper (Chris Woods) and Rebecca (Scott) Ferguson; grandchildren, Michael Harper, Matthew Harper, Conner Ferguson, and Kaitlyn Ferguson; sisters, Sharon (Bill) Hensler, Vicki (John) Northup, and Karen Bissell; and special friend Darlene Roush.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 1 PM at Concord Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Ohio Valley Christian School. Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant is serving the family.
