Thomas Dean Rainey, "Dean", 62, of Gallipolis, OH, passed away December 31, 2020 while at Holzer Medical Center. He was born July 31, 1958, in Jackson County, OH, a son to the late Nancy Brookins Rainey, and Henry Thomas Rainey of Milton, WV.. He was a mechanic. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, loved woodworking, but his favorite pastime was visiting his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Brookins Rainey; grandmother, Maude Brookins; grandfather, PD Brookins; and sister, Alisa Rainey.

He is survived by his life partner, Victoria Dennen of Gallipolis; father, Henry Thomas Rainey; son, Eric (Marjory) Rainey of Gallipolis; grandchildren, Paulyn Rainey of Cheshire, OH, Kendre & Keri Roldan of Cleveland, OH, Tyler Hutton of Point Pleasant, WV, and Evan & Neveah Massey of Apple Grove, WV; step daughter, Andrea (Storm) Lebow also of Apple Grove; and several extended family members, friends, and neighbors. He will be sadly missed by all.
