Terry Lynn "Foxy" Harper, 64, of Gallipolis Ferry, WV passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Rivers Health in Point Pleasant, WV. She is born November 26, 1959, a daughter to the late George Harper and Barbara German Harper. She loved her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by, Parents; George (Barbara) German, Brother; George "Frankie" Harper.

Foxy is survived by, Children; Scott Davis (Samantha) of Southside, WV, and Stacy Harper of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Grandchildren; Kirsten (Colin) Pratt, Jacob Harper, Great Grandchildren; Lainey Pratt, Sisters; Anna Wallis of Point Pleasant, WV and Lisa Harper in Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Nephew; Brian (Alisha) Wallis, Great Niece; Alexandria Warden, Great Nephew; Brayden and Aiden Wallis. She also leaves behind, Special Friend; Tom Walker of Bidwell, OH, and her furbaby, Suggi. She will be missed by many extended family and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 1, 2024 at Jordan Baptist Cemetery in Gallipolis Ferry, WV with Tim Siders officiating. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
