Teddy Lynn Thomas, 64, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away Friday, April 4, 2025, in the comfort of her home. She was born on June 28, 1960, in Point Pleasant, WV to Sammie Lee and Edra Jean Doolittle. Teddy was a radiant light in the lives of all who knew her, and her spirit will continue to shine through the cherished memories that friends and family hold dear.

Teddy's life was defined by her unwavering love for her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents and two brothers, Sunny McDade and Guy David Doolittle.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 48 years Stephen Wallis Thomas, Children: Stevie Edwards Thomas and Culley Evan Thomas. Daughter-in-law: Shannelle Thomas. Grandchildren: James Michael Allen, Caitlyn Emmalee Thomas, Michael Robleto, Mazey Jean Thomas, Willow Izadora Thomas. Brother: Sammie Levi Doolittle. Sister-in-law: Tracy Doolittle.

Teddy's Family and friendships encompassed all aspects of life. From phone call chats to joint family outings, to sharing informal meals and entertaining, church, class reunions to adventures near and far to helping in time of sadness and difficulty. She loved her family, horses, dogs, westerns, books and above all, God.

Teddy was a Home Health Aid for 13 years at Pleasant Valley. Teddy dedicated herself over 30 years to the Mason County fair following her mother's footsteps as Secretary of Stock Sales and a member of Good Shepherd Church.

There will be a graveside service at Pine Grove Cemetery in Leon, WV with Don Maxon officiating. Service will be held on Friday April 11th at 1:00 PM. Family and friends are encouraged to arrive at 12:00 pm for a time to gather in memory.
