Tammy S. Holley Ashworth, 45, of Middleport, OH, passed away November 8, 2018 at Holzer Medical Center. She was born August 29, 1973, in Point Pleasant, WV, daughter of Elva L. (Susie) Holley and Ronnie Dale Holley. Tammy was a graduate of Meigs High School. She loved her family and working outdoors.

She is survived by her husband of 8 years, Evan Ashworth of Houston, TX; mother, Susie Holley; daughter, Courtney Holley of New York; son, Brandon Holley of Middleport, OH; brothers, Stacie and Bryan Holley, both of Middleport; sister, Cindy (Mike) Conley of Portland, OH; granddaughter, Ariella Kendall Holley; niece, Kate Freeman of Gallipolis, OH; two nephews, Michael and Chris Conley, both of Pomeroy, OH; and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her her father, Ronnie Dale Holley; grandparents, Jefferson and Gearidean Holley and Clophas and Edna Wray; seveal aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 12, 2018, at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV, at 1:30 PM, with John Swanson officiating.
