He is survived by his mother Cierra Smith and his father Timothy Blackburn; Brother Greysin Smith; Sister Nova Blackburn; Grandmother's Lynn Black and Linda Bond; Step Grandmother Deanna Blackburn; Grandfather's Rodney Smith and Ronald Blackburn; Step Grandfather Michael Bush; Uncles Gharret Smith, Rhylly Smith and Randy Blackburn; Aunt Angie King; Step Uncle's Tommy Bond and Christopher Blackburn; Step Aunt's Bethany Brannen and Brittany Huling; And several very special cousins great aunts uncles and grandparents and great great grandparents and aunts.

He is proceeded in death by his Step Grandfather
Michael Bond and a great grandfather.

He is now resting with two very special friends, also Shae Inman and Janice Crump whom loved him, his brother and his mother very much.

Just want to give thanks. Thank You for what all you guys have done. Paul, I don't know what we would do with out you. Cierra is very lucky to have you as her cousin, and David you have always been wonderful to my family and friends. I would have never trusted my Grandson to anyone other than you guys. Thank you from my whole heart
