Roy Handley Dunn, 77, of Huntington, WV, passed away Friday, June 30, 2017, at St. Mary's Medical Center with his loving family by his side. He was born in Mason County, WV, a son to the late James Franklin Dunn and Dorothy Gladys Dunn. He was retired from Sonoco Fibre Drum Co. Roy's favorite hobbies were his family and being a trader extraordinaire.

Roy is preceded in death besides his parents by seven brothers and two sisters.

Roy is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Wanda Dunn of Huntington, WV, one son, Michael and Sharon Dunn of Lavalette, WV, three daughters, Theresa and Greg Kindrick of Beckley, WV, Marilyn and Gary Rowe of Huntington, WV and Kathy and Mark Holley of Hurricane, WV. Eight grandchildren, Adam, Richard, Jeremy, Kaci, Micah, Mariah, Nicholas, and Corey. One brother, Norman and Pauline Dunn of Lancaster, OH and his furry buddy, Panda.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 3, 2017, from 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M., at Barton Chapel Church in Apple Grove, WV with the Rev. Ronnie Long officiating.
