Roxanne Delores Cooper, 79, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away Friday, May 6, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 24, 1942, a daughter to the late, George Berkley and Julia Cross. Roxanne enjoyed quilting, crafting, and fishing. She worked many years Heck's Department Store, as a supervisor.

She is preceded in death by, Parents; George (Julia) Berkley, Brother-in-law; Phillip Mann, Nephew; Philip Aaron Mann.

Roxanne is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, James Cooper, Daughters; Jimmie Lynn (David) Harmon of Sardinia, OH, Vicky (Harold) Dorsey of Sardinia, OH, Delores (Joseph) Vallee of Gallipolis, OH, Sons; Frederick Allen Cooper (Nancy Cantrell) of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Carl Matthew Cooper of Point Pleasant, WV, Grandchildren; Alicia Mosley, Tiffany Mignerey, Jessica Hale, Payton Dorsey, Maggie Dorsey, James Allen Cooper, James Wallace, Victoria Vallee and Alexandria Bays, Great Grandchildren; Gavin Kerr, Shyla Tucker, Callie and Cashton Mignerey, Maylee, Coulter and Crosley Elias and Dorsey Hale. She also leaves behind Sisters; Kathryn (David) Hutton of Logan, WV, Mary Mann of Hinton, WV Brother; George (Carolyn) Berkley of Minnesota and special friend; Connie Riffle of Point Pleasant, WV. Roxanne will be missed by many extended family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 10 ^th , 2022, at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV with Pastor Jeremy Mignerey officiating. Burial will follow at Suncrest Cemetery in Point Pleasant, WV. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
