Robert Carl Ramsey, born on July 26, 1963, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away  October 16, 2018 at his residence. Robert was a retired Veteran from the Army National Guard of Eleanor, WV.

Robert is preceded in death by his dad, Carl Ramsey Sr, and mom, Hilda Queen, both from Ohio; one brother, Gordon Sigmon of Ohio; and son, Johnny Lee Patterson of Point Pleasant, WV.

Robert is survived by his two children, Kimberly Ramsey and Robert Carl Ramsey Jr, both of Point Pleasant; seven grandchildren, Elijah Ramsey, Kadien Ramsey, Cezar Young,Alexis Miller, Johnnie Patterson, Jasmine Patterson, and Jameson Patterson; four sisters, Frances Ramsey of Gallipolis, Barbara King of Urbana, OH, Marsha Meadows of Urbana, and LindaBreoden of Fitzgerald, GA; three brothers, Carl Ramsey Jr of Circleville, OH, Billy Ramsey of Fitzgerald, GA, and William Sigmon of Battleground, WA; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside services will be held at the Patterson-Clonch Cemetery, Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Thursday, October 25, 2018, at 1 PM, with Cathy Searles officiating. Internment will follow the service. Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant is serving the family.
