Robert W. Gilbert 48, of Southside, WV, passed away June 8, 2018 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born March 13, 1971, in Mason county, WV, a son to the late Ernest and Eva Gilbert. He was a mechanic.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bill Jones.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Williams of Southside, WV; sons, Phillip Williams Jr, Joshua Grimmett, and Brandon Gilbert; daughters, Nola Williams, Robyn Christy, and Bailey Gilbert; and brothers, Tom Jones, Eddie Jones.
