Richard Alan Whyte, 64, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away peacefully at home while sleeping on April 24, 2024. He was born August 31, 1959, a son of the late Charles and Eleanor Whyte. Richard was a very happy and intelligent man, with the best smile. He always made everyone's day better.

He was preceded in death by, Parents; Charles and Eleanor Whyte, Brother; Jim Whyte.

Richard is survived by the mother of his children, Julie Whyte, Daughters; Jennifer Bailes and Bridget Whyte, and Son; Dustin Whyte. He loved his three children more than anything. Richard had five grandchildren that meant the world to him, Natalie Bailes (Chase Curry), Evan Bailes, Avery Bailes, Brystal Barkey, and Melvin Buford. Richard also leaves behind three brothers and seven sisters, who loved him dearly. He was so happy and excited for his soon to be first great granddaughter, Rosé Kai. He will be missed by many extended family and friends.

Per Richard's wishes there will be no services. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
