Richard "Richie" Meadows, 49, of Glenwood, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2026. He was born on January 25, 1977, to the late Richard Meadows Sr. and Connie Meadows.

Richie was a man who found joy in the things he loved and, most of all, in the people who meant the most to him. He was an avid Hot Wheels collector, a tool collector, and enjoyed woodworking, as well as a lover of vintage trucks. These hobbies reflected his love for collecting, creating, and working with his hands. Above all, Richie cherished his family, especially his grandchildren, who held a very special place in his heart. To Alexander, Camden, Ellison, and Hudson, he was lovingly known as “Bop-Bop,” a name that will forever hold precious memories of their beloved grandfather.

Richie was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Sr. and Connie Meadows, and his son, Shane Meadows.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 30 years, April Meadows; his children, Ricky (Tiara) Meadows and Savannah Meadows; and a host of adopted children whom he loved as his own. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Alexander, Camden, Ellison, and Hudson Meadows, a very special niece, Izabella Starkey, who was known to him as "Cheeto," and his brother, Charlie Meadows.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Guyan Creek Church Cemetery in Glenwood, West Virginia, with Preachers Matt Henry and Mark Dunlap officiating.
