Randy Deweese, age 69, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 11th, 2026, at St. Mary's Medical Center after an extended illness. He was born on April 12th, 1957, to the late Basil and Doris Deweese.

He retired from the City of Point Pleasant in 2013 after 24 1/2 years of service. Those preceding him in death in addition to his parents are his brothers, David (Radar) Deweese and Basil (BR) Deweese Jr, and sisters, Judy Bennett, Gloria Crumley, and Lueann Smith.

Those left behind to cherish his memories are his wife of 40 years, Teresa Deweese. His sons, Randall (Trish) Deweese and James (Traci) Deweese, and his 12 grandkids, Dalton, Brody, Jace, Bella, Amiah, Remi, Izzie, Bailey, Kyan, Nevaeh, Jarrod, and Rowan. He leaves behind is brothers, Benny (Teri) Deweese, Tommy (Pam) Deweese, sisters, Janie Foley and Connie (Roy) Siders, as well as several nieces and nephews. 

The family would like to thank Dr. Tayengco, Rivers Health, St. Mary's Hospital, and John Hesson from Pleasant Valley Home Health for taking excellent care of Randy during his illness. 

Per Randy's request there will be no service, and a burial will be held later at the convenience of the family.
