Randall Eugene Chapman, 87, of Fraziers Bottom, WV, passed away at Hubbard Hospice in Charleston, WV. He was born May 9, 1931, in Mason County, WV, a son to the late Garrett Hobert Chapman and Elsie Ellen Perry Chapman. He was a riveter at ACF in Huntington, WV, where worked for 33 years before retiring.

He is preceded in death by his parents Garrett and Elsie Chapman; Grandson Ronnie Lee Chapman Jr.. siblings, Margie Isobell Chapman, Donald Hursell Chapman, Paul Kemper Chapman, and Billie Joe Chapman.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Josephine "Jo" Cobb Chapman of Fraziers Bottom; sons, Alfred Eugene Chapman of Glenwood, WV, and Ronnie Lee (Jennifer) Chapman of Fraziers Bottom; grandson, Chris (Stephenie) Chapman of Milton, WV; and great-granddaughter, Charlotte Marie Chapman (his Charlie Girl); siblings, Willa Edna Baumgardner of Dayton, OH, Robert Lee (Mary) Chapman of Ashton, WV, Stanford Hobert (Shirley) Chapman of Ona, WV, John David Chapman of Milton, WV, Barbara Kay (Bill) Camp of Plattville, AL, Garrett Keith (Ingrid) Chapman of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, and Orbra Thomas Chapman (Donnie) of Fraziers Bottom. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral services will be held at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV, Saturday, December 1, 2018, at 1 PM, with Don Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery in Fraziers Bottom. Friends may visit the family Saturday at the funeral home from 11-1 PM prior to the service.
