Phyllis Irene Clark Kinniard, 54, formerly of Southside, WV, went home to be with the Lord July 11, 2018. She was born October 26, 1963, in Loraine, OH, a daughter to the late Harold D. Clark, and Mary Lyons Clark. She worked at Victoria's Prom and Bridal for over 14 years. She also attended the Bruce Chapel Christian Community Church.

She is preceded in death by her father, Harold D. Clark; and sister, Rose Mary Priest.

She is survived by her husband of over 32 years, Ronald Kinniard of Southside; son, Jason Carl Kinniard of Leon, WV; daughters, Stephanie Joyce Kinniard Cox of Millwood, WV, Cassandra Irene Kinniard of Southside, Bethany Dawn (Matt) Kinniard Rupe of Leon; siblings, Letha Springer of Parkersburg, WV, Roger Douglas Clark, Margaret Faye (Steve) Carson, Harold Clark Jr. of Columbus, OH, John Robert Clark of Columbus, OH, Mary Alice Springer (Harold) of Shade, OH; many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV, Friday, July 13, 2018, at 2 PM, with Charles Hargraves and Roy Oldaker  officiating. Burial will follow in Jeffers Cemetery, Jeffers Ridge, Southside, WV. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 12-2 PM, prior to the service.
