Penny Lynn Tustin,60, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at home surrounded by her family. She was born May 29, 1961, in Columbus, OH, a daughter to the late Charles Tustin and Patricia Miller. She loved and enjoyed spending time with her grandbabies.

She is preceded in death by; Parents, Charles (Patricia) Tustin.

Penny is survived by Daughter; Chelsea Tustin of Point Pleasant, WV and Brother; Jimmy Tustin of Point Pleasant, WV, Two Grandchildren; Ayva McClintock and Tucker Lee. She will be missed by many extended family and friends.
