Pamela Joy Shiltz, 65, of New Haven, WV, passed away December1, 2019, while at her home. She was born January 20, 1954, in Milan, IN, a daughter to the late Orion Billingsley and the late Bertha Kittenbrink Billingsley. She was a home maker. She also attended St. Paul Lutheran Church in New Haven.

She is preceded in death by her parents; father-in-law, Curtis Shiltz; mother-in-law, Beulah Shiltz; and four brothers.

She is survived by her loving husband of over 39 years, James Shiltz of New haven; sons, Steven Shiltz of New Haven, James (Andrea) Wilson of Providence Forge, VA, and William "buddy" Shiltz of New haven; daughters, Becky Shiltz of New Hampshire, Stephanie Shiltz of California, Dawn Woolard of New Haven, Michelle (Thomas) Olson of Scott depot, WV, and Kathyrn Shiltz (Brent Arnold) of Louisville, KY; Sister;  Clara Lou Fredenburg, Rising Sun In. brother, David Billingsley, Lawrenceburg, In..  thirteen grandchildren, and one grandpuppy, Ziva. She will be greatly missed by all.

At her request, no flowers. Donations should be made to St Paul Lutheran Church Women's Club in New Haven. A memorial service will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in New Haven, Friday, December 6, 2019, at 5 PM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may visit the family at the church from 4-5 PM prior to the service.
