Nina Jean Bowles, 83, of Southside, WV, went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her family June 12, 2020. She was born July 24, 1936, in Mason County, WV, a daughter to the late Paul Hudson and the late Frances Vansickle Hudson. She was a retired postmaster in Southside, WV, and was a member of the Harmony Baptist Church in Southside, as well as a member of NARFF. She enjoyed going to church, and spending time with family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Frances Hudson; and beloved husband of over 50 years, F. Manford Bowles.

She is survived by her brothers, Doug (Nellie) Hudson of Southside, WV, Roger Hudson; sisters, Cleo Cerquettini, and Cheryl (Gary) Matheny of Leon, WV; as well as 6 nieces and nephews; very special friends Jeremy (Danielle) Grant of Southside and Jody (Christy) Kisamore of Southside; and several friends and neighbors. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Graveside services will be held Monday, June 15, 2020, at 11 AM, at Harmony Cemetery in Southside, WV, with pastors, Ed Grant and David Radcliff officiating. Social distancing will be observed and facemasks are recommended. Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV is serving the family.
