Nicole Marie Ufer Lewis, 33, of Point Pleasant, WV, passed away May 21, 2019 while at UK Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Services will be held at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV, Friday, May 24, 2019, at 6 PM, with Wendell Smith officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 5-6 PM prior to the service.
