Nancy Lou Long, 74, of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at Arbors of Gallipolis. She was born March 9, 1945, in Mason County, WV, a daughter to the late Joe Patterson and the late Glenna Crawford Patterson. She was a home maker.

She is preceded in death with her parents by sisters, Carrie Mae Pearson, and Rosie Patterson, and 2 infant sisters; 3 brothers, Bub Patterson, Buck Patterson, and William Patterson; and son-in-law, Franklin Jones.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Forrest Long; son Tommy Long; daughter, Mary Jones; brothers, Kenny and Dwayne Patterson, all of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; grandchildren, Alexis Long, Aaron Long; and sisters, Edna Denais and Josephine Harper.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 28, 2019, at 1 PM, at Wyoma Cemetery in Gallipolis Ferry, with Pastor Roger Bonecutter officiating. Deal Funeral Home is servicing the family.
