Nancy Ellen Belcher, 70, of Point Pleasant, WV, went home to be with her Heavenly Father surrounded by her loving family while at Pleasant Valley Hospital, on Wednesday, November 8, 2017. She was born April 25, 1947, in Mason County, WV, a daughter to the late James Rice and the late Hope Barnett Rice. She was a supervisor in the housekeeping department at Lakin Hospital where she worked for over twenty years. She was a member of Heights United Methodist Church in Point Pleasant. She especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed shopping, crocheting, and was an avid reader.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Belcher, and her parents, James & Hope Rice.

She is survived by her loving daughters and their husbands, Lori (Blaine) Arbogast of Letart, WV, Angie Withee of Point Pleasant, and Jan (Shawn) Russell of Huntington, WV; seven grandchildren, Cinthia Arbogast, Amanda Zirkle, Charles (Shaumber) Zirkle, Matthew Cook, Addison Russell, Kristin Stone, Derek Stone, Nicki Russell, and Brandon Russell, as well as eight great-grandchildren; her brothers and their wives, Rupert (Letha) Rice, Marcus (Janice) Rice, Sid (Barbara) Rice, and Jim (Robin) Rice, several nieces, nephews, and friends and neighbors. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
