Miranda Jo Thompson, 33, of Point Pleasant WV, passed away mid-October in Gallipolis, OH.

Miranda was born in Huntington, WV to Joseph and Mona Thompson on September 15, 1985. She was a 2004 graduate of Point Pleasant High School.

Miranda is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Thompson; grandparents Kenneth and Donna Thompson; and grandmother Agnes Ivy.

Miranda is survived by her sons, Damon Thompson and Cayden Buttrick, and daughter Aria Buttrick; sisters Amy (Nick) Shabdue, Kelly (DJ) Riggs, and Amanda Thompson; her mother Mona Thompson; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial services will be held at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV, Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 1 PM, with Pastor Donnie Dye officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Saturday from 12-1 PM prior to the service.
