Michael Ray Toney, 61, passed away on February 9th, 2026, at River Health in Point Pleasant, WV. Michael was the son of Vallie and Dora Toney.

Michael is Survived by his wife, Sandra Toney, daughter, Rebecca (Erin) Heib and several grandchildren.

Michael is preceded in death by Parents, Vallie and Dora Toney, brother, Billy Toney.

He enjoyed Hunting, fishing and spending time with friends and family in his free time.

Per family's request there will be no services.
