Michael Jay Letson, 46, of Henderson, WV, passed away July 15, 2018 after a brief illness. He was born December 2, 1972, in Lauderdale County, Alabama, a son to Lura Hill and David N. (Judith) Letson of Florence, AL. He was an electrician. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Lura Hill Letson.


He is survived by his father, David N. (Judith) Letson of Florence, AL; son Michael Jay Letson Jr. of Tuppers Plains, OH; brother, Christopher (Dawn) Letson of Florence; and sister, Tracy (Jon) Crump also of Florence; several extended family, friends, and neighbors. He will be greatly missed by all.
