Mark Daniel Kisamore, 59, of Pliny, WV, passed from this world peacefully Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at his home. He was born December 13, 1959, in Kanawha County, WV, a son to the late Ernest Kisamore and the late Stella Brown Kisamore. He was a supply clerk for Verizon Phone Company where he worked for over 30 years. He attended both Pleasant Ridge Church and Mount Union Church. He was a member of the Southern WV Beagle Club for over 44 years, and ten years he served as their President. He loved to read, and was an avid rabbit and deer hunter. He was President of Southern WV Beagle Club where he pursued his love of Beagles by raising, hunting, field trailing, and showing the many champions he raised.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Stella Kisamore; sister, Bobbi Ann Marcum; father-in-law, John "Joe" Christy; and special uncle, Bob Connally.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn "Susie" Stover Kisamore; son, Todd Daniel Kisamore; daughter, Suann (Jerald) Watterson; grandson, Porter Kisamore; granddaughters, Shawna (Wes) Powell, Brittany (Anthony) Lane; sister, Joyce Connally, and mother-in-law, Bonnie Christy; brothers and sister-in-laws, Jake (Connie) Christy, Charlie (Theresa) Christy, Barbie (Roy) Leonard, Dave (Vicki) Christy, Brenda (Rick) Kinniard; as well as several nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and will live forever in our hearts.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 7, 2019, at 11 AM with Jerry Colburn and Charles McCallister officiating. Burial will follow in Barton Chapel Cemetery, Apple Grove, WV. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home Sunday evening, October 6, from 2-4 PM.
