Marjorie Holliday, 83, of Point Pleasant, WV, went home to be with the Lord January 22, 2018, surrounded by her family while at Holzer Medical Center. She was born November 8, 1934, a daughter to the late Harley J. Hall and Gertrude Robinson Hall. She was a retired cook from Mason County School District and worked at PVH in the housekeeping department. She was also a member of the Gospel Tabernacle in Henderson.

She is preceded in death with her parents by first husband, Roy Melvin Allen, second husband, Samuel Holliday who passed in 1987; and brothers, Charles Richard Hall and Robert "Bob" Hall.

She is survived by her son, Richard (Michelle) Allen of Point Pleasant; daughters, Donna (Michael) Detillion of Wellston, OH, and Kathi Huber of Point Pleasant; special friend for over 43 years, Bert Oxley of Point Pleasant, as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 26, 2018, at 1 PM, at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor Sonny Mayes officiating. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery in Henderson, WV. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 11AM -1 PM prior to the service.
