Lisa Dawn Thorne, 53, of Point Pleasant, WV, went home to be with the Lord May 3, 2018, while at home with her husband by her side. She was born January 1, 1965, in Mason County, WV, a daughter to the late Joseph Lish and Betty Piersall Lish. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and was office manager for Dr. Robert Tayenco. She was President of the American Legion Women's Auxillary and a member of the Republican Executive Committee. She was also a member of the Mason United Methodist Church. She loved traveling and shopping, and was an avid WVU fan. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Betty Lish, and brother, Eddie Lish.

She is survived by her loving husband, Randall Thorne of Point Pleasant, and her loving daughter, Holly Thorne of Huntsville, AL; sisters, Josetta (Larry) Noble, and Donna (Robert) Knapp; father and mother-in-law, John and Carolyn Thorne; sister-in-law, Marcia Weaver; several nieces and nephews; her beloved pet, "Tanker," and a host of extended family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Services will be held Sunday, May 6, 2018, at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, at 8 PM, with Rev.Jeff Mayfield officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
