Kathy Jo Paugh 42, passed away at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Friday March 19, 2021. She was born August 22,1978 in Point Pleasant, WV to Joe Paugh and Kaye (Vance) Paugh.

Kathy is survived by her parents, Joe and Kaye Paugh, boyfriend/life partner, John Leo Hart , daughter Bethany Jo Whittington, son, Bruce Lee Whittington and brother, Joey Paugh

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at Forest Hill Cemetery in Flatrock, WV, with Pastor Dave Grisby officiating. The family will receive friends at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. prior to graveside service.
