Julian Shawn Palmer, 45, of Bidwell, OH, passed away unexpectedly while at Holzer Medical Center, July 7, 2018. He was born August 8, 1972, a son to Phillip E. Palmer and Mildred Mullins Palmer. He was disabled.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Mildred Palmer; and son, Shawn Michael Palmer.

He is survived by his wife, Brittany Palmer of Bidwell, OH; sons, Harshal, Anton, Trey, and Julian Shawn Palmer Jr; and daughters, Chrisma Palmer and Olivia Palmer.

Services will be held at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV, Monday, July 9, 2018, at 2 PM, with Marshall Bonecutter officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
