Judith Eileen Rayburn, 71, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Rivers Health formerly Pleasant Valley Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born February 28, 1952, a daughter to the late Victor (Irma) Chilson. Judith enjoyed watching tv, with NCIS and Law & Order as her favorites.

She is preceded in death by, Parents; Victor (Irma) Chilson, Son; Nicholas Ryan, Brother; Terry Chilson.

Judith is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Henry Rayburn, Daughter; Kristen (Juan) Rodriguiz, Brother; Tom (Deb) Chilson, and Rodney (Sadie) Chilson, Sister; Laurie (Jeff) Bender, and several nieces and nephews. She will be missed by many extended family, friends and special cat, Sassy.
