Judith Pearl Phillips, 83, a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2025, in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. She was born on February 08, 1941, in Logan, West Virginia, to Glenn and Macel Howard, who provided her with a foundation of love and values that she carried throughout her life.

Judith was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Vernon Phillips, parents, Glenn and Macel Howard, and her brother, Charles Cox of Virginia. She leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will be cherished by her family and friends.

Judith is survived by her son, Glenn (Bridgette) Topping of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, grandsons, Chris (Nicole) Topping and Ben (Leah) Topping of West Palm Beach, Florida and granddaughters, Kara Topping and Kaelyn Topping, both of Henderson, West Virginia. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Savannah, Alex, and Lucas Topping of West Palm Beach, Florida, who brought her immeasurable joy. Judith also leaves behind numerous friends and loved ones including her close and personal friends, Anna and David Micheals.

Judith's legacy extended beyond her family. She dedicated herself as a Meter Technician for AEP, where her meticulous nature and strong work ethic were evident. She was known for her passion for raising and showing Boer goats. This hobby became a significant part of her identity, connecting her with a community of fellow goat enthusiasts. She enjoyed spending her time outdoors, engaging in her favorite activities such as hunting and fishing, which allowed her to connect with nature and embrace the beauty of the world around her.

Judith was actively involved in several organizations, including the (USBGA) United States Boer Goat Association and the (ABGA) American Boer Goat Association. She contributed to her community through her participation in events like the Huntington Summerfest and served as a CCW Instructor, sharing her knowledge and skills with others.

Judith Pearl Phillips leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and dedication, and while she may be gone from this world, her spirit will forever shine brightly in the lives she touched.
