Joyce "Joy" Irene Phillips, 90, of Point Pleasant, WV formerly of Bidwell, OH passed away Wednesday, October 5th, 2022, at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born on February 18, 1932, a daughter to the late Ellsworth Easkins and Flora Canter. She attended The Old Bethel Baptist Church. Joy also enjoyed playing the piano and crocheting.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 7th, 2022, at Ohio Valley Memorial Gardens, 1229 Neighborhood Rd, Gallipolis, OH 45631 with Pastor Clyde Ferrell. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
