John Clairmont Allinder Of Ravenswood, WV, passed away on Wednesday March 24, 2021. John was born to Pete and Sarah Allinder on August 30, 1984 in Huntington, WV. He received a Master's Degree in Psychology from Marshall University and graduated with a law degree from West Virginia University. He served as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Jackson County, WV, until the time of his death. John had a beautiful singing voice, he was compassionate, intelligent, hilarious and clever. He loved music, movies and books. John was a loving husband and father and spent every day striving to give all four of his girls all that he could.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Rosalie Ann Miller and grandfather John Cartmill Allinder.
John leaves behind his wife Maddy Allinder and their three daughters, Haley Madalyn Allinder, Abigail Victoria Allinder and Romona Claire Allinder, parents, Pete and Sarah Allinder, sisters, Rachel Allinder Carroll and husband Bud Carroll, their son Edward, Hannah Allinder and her son Peter. John also leaves behind his loving in-laws, Mike and Michelle Tincher, sister-in-law Ashley Tincher and her children, Aubrey, Kerrigan and Lenora, brother-in-law Michael Tincher and partner Mary Kathryn Molitor, their children, Amelia, Cauley and Charlie, Amos Tincher and his daughter P.J., Issac Tincher and wife MiKayla. He also leaves behind friends, Kevin Walker, Patrick Casto, cousins, Nick Freeman and Robbie Kessinger and a great number of other cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
A Memorial service will be held Monday March 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Deal Funeral in Point Pleasant, WV, with Stephen Walker officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday March 28, 2021 from 4-6 p.m. at Deal Funeral Home. Social distancing will be observed and face masks are required.
