Jamie Allen Smith (Smitty), age 45, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2026. He was born on December 9, 1980, to Danny and Cindy Smith.

Jamie treasured spending time with his family and making memories that will be carried on for generations. He loved sharing stories about his father and was always happy to reminisce about the people and moments that meant the most to him. Jamie had a passion for NASCAR and semi-trucks, and he never needed much of an excuse to have a good time. He was also incredibly crafty and enjoyed using his creativity to make things with his own hands.

He was preceded in death by his father, Danny Smith, whom he loved dearly.

He leaves behind his children, Jamie Knueve, Elexis (Dominic) Smith, Jordan Smith, and Jace (Linsey) Smith; and his beloved grandchildren, Dominic Knueve, Kameron Smith, Zayden Smith, Jamison Smith, Oaklynne McCrate, Kaylonee Knueve, and Weston McCrate. He is also survived by his brother, Danny (Greg) Smith, and his sister, Debra (Patrick) King.

Per Jamie's wishes, a celebration of life will be held at a later date to honor his memory.
