James Walter Duncan, 76, of Gallipolis Ferry, WV passed away Friday, May 5, 2023, at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born March 17, 1947, a son to the late Ray Duncan and Nettie DeWitt. James enjoyed fishing and watching his new of the morning.

He is preceded in death by, Parents; Ray (Nettie) DeWitt.

James is survived by Children; James (Angie) Watkins, Nina Duncan, Michael Duncan and Patty Duncan, Sister; Margaret Duncan. He also leaves behind several grandchildren.

There will be no service at this time per the family request. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
