Jackie E. Smith, Sr, 83, of Mason, WV passed away Thursday, July 22,2021 at Ohio State University. He was born October 2, 1937 to the late Harold and Virginia Smith. Jackie was a high school graduate and later became an insulator which he worked for many year.

He is preceded in death by his parents Harold and Virginia (Birchfield) Smith, two sons; Jim Smith and Jack Smith Jr and one brother; Lennie Smith.

Jackie is survived by his loving wife Patricia (Hill) Smith, Son; Fred Smith, Sisters; Carolyn (James) Knapp, and Sharon (Robert) Cunningham, Brother, Donald and late Mina Smith, Grandson; Justin Smith, Shane Smith, Casey Smith, and Tanner Smith, Great-Grandson; Easton Smith. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, Aug 2, 2021 at Deal Funeral Home with Pastor Patrice Weirick officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Deal Funeral home in Point Pleasant, WV will be serving the family.
