Iva L. Stuart, 82, passed away, July 29, 2025. at home. She was born August 2,1942, in Charleston, WV, a daughter to the late Dewey and Pauline Brogan. She enjoyed bingo, reading and shopping. she was a kind, loving and generous person.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Stuart, daughter, Rita Gussler, sister, Rita Voiers and grandson, Brandon Gussler.

Iva is survived by her daughter, Diane Fredericks, son Floyd Stuart and his wife Jobeth Stuart, brothers, Virgil Brogan, Kenneth Brogan, and Thomas Brogan, grandchildren, John, Courtney, Katelyn, Hunter, Nicole and Elysia and seven great - grandchildren.

Services will be held at Deal funeral home Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, at 12:00 PM and visitation will be held at 11:00 AM with Bert Flora  officiating. Burial will follow at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery in Southside, WV.
