Irma C. Hamilton 101, of Point Pleasant passed away at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab with her loving family by her side. She was born June 4, 1917, in Hazard, KY, a daughter to the late Henry Cornett and Polly Ann Cornett. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers. She was also an accomplished cook, as well as an avid reader. She also cherished time spent with her family.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Rufus Hamilton; grandson, Ronald Hayman; sisters, Frona Begley and Cua Woods; and brothers, Elbert Coronett and Chalmer Coronett.

She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Jones of Point Pleasant; granddaughter, Vanessa (Greg) Bowles of Point Pleasant; and great-granddaughter, Telsa Bowles. She will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 22, 2018, at 12 PM, at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor Mel Mock officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkland Memorial Gardens, Point Pleasant.
