Gloria Ann Carroll, 67, of Point Pleasant, WV, passed away while at St. Mary's Hospital on July 24, 2019. She was born October 14, 1951, in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of Wanda Black & Stepfather, Charles Wray  of Gallipolis Ferry, WV. She was a newspaper deliverer. She attended Pleasant Ridge Church in Gallipolis Ferry. She loved her pets and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Carroll; grandparents, Addie and Marie Black; sister, Carla Wray; and brother, Butch Black.

She is survived by her daughter, Amy (James) Flint of Point Pleasant; grandson, Gary Carroll of Point Pleasant; sisters, Ada Macy of Camp Conolly, WV, and Dreama Clark of Charleston, WV; brother, Steve (Deabra) Black; several extended family members, friends, and neighbors.

A graveside service will be held at Baylous Cemetery in Saltrock, WV, Monday, July 29, 2019, at 1 PM, with Jerry Colburn officiating. Friends may visit the family Sunday, July 28, 2019, at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, from 2-4 PM.
