Franklin D. Holcomb, 82, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away, Thursday, January 12, 2023, at Holzer Medical Center. He was born November 18, 1940, a son to the late Henry Holcomb and Margaret Stearns. Frank graduated high school and joined the United States Navy, where he served as a Fireman Striker, and later joined the National Guard. He was also a member to the American Legion Post #23, Point Pleasant Moose Lodge #731, and held a USA FCC Amateur Radio Licenses.

He is preceded in death by, Parents: Henry and Margaret Holcomb, Son: Steven Halstead.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Jean Holcomb of Point Pleasant, WV, Daughters: Christi (Paul) Knox of London, OH, Michelle Wallace (Charlie Cline) of Letart, WV, Four Grandchildren: Kayla Pearson, Jessica Wallace, Dalton Knox, Carly Knox, Four Great Grandchildren: Jayla Wallace, Caden Tucker, Piper Carper, and Daenerys Carper, Brothers: Bill Holcomb and Bob Holcomb, Nephews: Billy Holcomb and Frank Holcomb, Several Great Nieces and Nephews. He will be missed by many extended family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 16 ^th , 2023, at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV. Burial will follow at Kirkland Memorial Service with a military graveside service. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Monday, January 16 ^th , 2023. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
