Forrest lee Long, 91, of Gallipolis ferry, WV passed away September 27, 2020, while at home surrounded by family. He was born May 12, 1929, in Mason County, WV, a son to the late Cody Long and Catheryn Pearson Long.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Cody and Catherine Long; his beloved wife, Nancy Long; son-in-law Franklin jones; brothers, Charles and Bobby Long; and sisters, Virginia Sayre, Grace Winnings, and Jean Butler.

He is survived by his loving children, Tommy Long, and Mary Jones; grandchildren, Alexis long and Aaron Long; brother, Johnny (Emma) Long; and sister Betty Hupp. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A private family burial will be held at Wyoma Cemetery in Gallipolis Ferry, WV, at the convenience of the family.
