Erika Graham announce her passing on Friday, November 15, 2024, at the age of 86. She was a resident of Lancaster House Assisted Living in Marietta, Ohio for over 3 years. Erika was born on April 3, 1938, to William and Elizabeth Steinberg in Kassel, Germany.

Erika met her husband Max while he was in the Army, stationed in Germany. They married July 3, 1956, and moved to the United States a year later. Erika and Max went on to have 2 children, Terry and Judy. Erika and Max were married for 46 years. Erika was a homemaker for most of her life with the exception of a few years that she was a cook on the towboat that Max captained. She loved being outdoors, gardening and bird watching from her front porch. She loved every animal she encountered and was an avid shiza player. She celebrated her faith in God first at Riverview Baptist Church in Point Pleasant, then at Grace Baptist Church in Marietta, and finally at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Vienna, WV.

Erika was predeceased by her husband, Max Graham and daughter, Judy Graham, and 11 siblings. She is survived by her son, Terry Graham of Marietta, OH; 5 grandchildren, Amber Camp (Tharon) of Leon, WV; Matthew Graham (Cary) of Point Pleasant, WV; Christina Reinmuth (Caleb) of Marietta, OH; Rachel Graham of Parkersburg, WV; Stephen Graham of Parkersburg, WV; and 4 great-grandchildren, Morgan Camp of Gallipolis, OH; Evan Camp of West Columbia, WV, Blaize Graham of McCarthur, OH; and Kyndallyn Graham of Point Pleasant, WV.

A Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV with Pastor Travis Shaner officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery in Flatrock, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
