Elsie "Janie" Jane Christy, 56, of Southside, WV passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at home. She was born April 14, 1967, a daughter to Bobby Kinnard and the late Eunice Wood Kinnard.

She is preceded in death by, Mother; Eunice Kinnard, and Grandparents.

Janie is survived by, Son; Bobby Plants of Southside, Special Friend; Keith Hall of Southside, Sister; Betty (Paul) Jeffers of Southside, Aunts; Donna Sidenstricker and Naomi Jordan, and Uncle; Chester Wood and several cousins. She will be missed by many extended family and friends.

There will be no service per Janie's request. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
