Elizabeth "Babe" Lee Shiflet, 92, of Rutland, OH passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday, April 21, 2024. She was born on December 21, 1931, a daughter to the late Clair Cottrill and Enid Sommerville. She attended Rio Grande after graduating high school. Elizabeth enjoyed walking, loved her swimming pool and most importantly, she loved her children and great grandchildren. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by, Husband; Jack Shiflet, Daughter; Darlene Sakac, Sisters; Linda Rogers and Eileen Harris.

Elizabeth is survived by, Children; Denise (Mike) Nolan, Jack (Penny) Shiflet, and Jeff (Mercele) Shiflet, and seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Elizabeth also leaves behind, Brothers; Mike (Shirley) Cottrill and Clair (Beverly) Cottrill, and her fur babies, Diva and Zoey. She will be missed by many extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be at the convenience of the family. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
