Dwain Morgan Blain, 90, of Glenwood  WV, passed away at his home with his loving family at his side, on Monday, October 1, 2018.  He was born August 12, 1928, in Mason County, WV, a son to the late Harold Blain, and the late Nancy Likens Blain. He was a retired welder from ACF in Huntington, WV. He  was a member of the Henderson Apastolic Church in Henderson, WV.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Nancy Blain; son, John Blain; daughter Hope Cremeans; brothers, Harold Blain and James Blain; sister, Delpha Messick.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby Hoffman Blain of Glenwood;  sons, Dewain Blain of Lesage, WV, and Michael (Shellie) Blain of Apple Grove, WV; daughter, Sandra Blain of Parkersburg, WV; step-daughter, Joyce (Ernest) Pennington of Huntington, WV; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and other extended family members.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October, 4, 2018, at 1:30 PM, at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV, with Rev Ted Nance officiating. Burial will follow in Pete Meadows Cemetery in Glenwood, WV. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 12-1:30 PM prior to the service.
